Want to volunteer?

Volunteers get into the conference for free. Help us set up on Friday, the day before the show, or keep things running on Saturday or Sunday. Work the days that fit, not all three. Tell us who you are and we will find you a job.

THE AI UNDERGROUND is hosted by ATL BitLab in Atlanta, GA, August 15-16, 2026. We need hands on Friday to set up the space the day before the show, plus Saturday and Sunday while the show runs. Pick whichever days work for you. You do not need to cover all three, and your shift leaves you time to enjoy the conference too. Jobs include:

• ✶AV crew. Run microphones during talks and help keep the live stream on the air.
• ✶Front of house. Ticketing and check-in at the door, plus setting up the lunch table and keeping it stocked.
• ✶Around the space. General tasks around the venue: moving chairs, hanging signage, resetting rooms between sessions, whatever the space needs.
